Load-In/Load-Out Procedures: Load-in will start in the circle drive behind the auditorium.  U-hauls/buses/trucks may pull up in the circle drive (in performance order) and unload using the ramp to the back porch loading area. The sets will be placed in a 10 x 10 taped portion of the covered back porch (outdoors). 10 minutes before your show, you will move your set through double doors to the stage left wing, behind start/finish line. After adjudication, you will load-out your set directly to your vehicle.

Loading Dock Door Dimensions:  8′ tall x 55″ wide

Piano/Orchestra Set-up: There is a piano provided in the pit. It cannot be moved out of the pit. Plugs are offered off stage right and on the back wall. Orchestra has room in the pit to set up. Please note they will be visible to the audience. Please provide your own extension cords.

Sound: 4 handheld mics available for use. Please run sound from your computer or iPad only. Please bring your own adapters, aux cords, dongles, etc.

Lighting: There are six lighting areas (see diagram) with warm white light. Blue light will be available for safety load-in only. Cues will be executed manually. One spotlight is available for use.

Headsets: Headsets will be available stage right, at the spotlight, and the booth.

Booth Location: The booth is located at the top of the auditorium and lights and sound can be called/ran from one location.

Car, Truck and Bus Parking: You will turn in the driveway by the North Moore mustang sign.  Follow that driveway to the back of the school to the big parking lot. Buses, u-hauls, and cars may park in the far left corner of the parking lot near the baseball field. During load-in and load-out, u-hauls may pull through the circle drive to unload.

Tours of the space: The theatre is available to tour any day M-Th from 3:30-5:00 by appointment only. Email host to schedule.

Meals: On Friday, groups will be able to eat lunch in the lobby of the auditorium or in the back parking lot area. The courtyard will be open on Saturday as well.

North Moore HS is in very rural Moore County. We have limited food access within a 10 mile radius. Our theatre boosters plan to sell pizza and snacks from the concession stand. Dominos and Carolina Fried Chicken are approximately 10 minutes away.  If possible, packing food may be ideal. 

Directions to the School/GPS:  The school is in a very rural area. Cell phone signal is unreliable. We recommend printing driving directions to/from the school, as GPS is not likely to find signal in the area.
