“Our department has been working to clarify and further develop the identity of our program. Working with Angie has been a great asset in this process. The clear guidance offered by her consulting work pushed our faculty to discuss and put into words exactly what we believe in. We’ve refreshed and revised our mission and vision statements, and have been inspired to begin the year with a great sense of purpose.”

“Our recent board retreat facilitated by Angie Hays, delivered on every topic that was requested and inspired members to move forward in our plans for audience development. Our group is very lively and idea-driven; Angie was very adept at letting those ideas flow while also keeping everyone moving forward through the full retreat agenda.”

“As faculty, identifying and attracting high school theatre students to attend UNCSA’s School of Design and Production is one of the most important jobs we have here. Reaching out to those students that have an interest in, or an aptitude for professional careers the technical and design fields in the arts and entertainment industries has been made a great deal easier with Angie’s help. She understood the types of students that might have the best chance of success in our specialized programs, and was able to then identify specific schools, programs, and teachers that might help us to best reach these students. She has proved to be an invaluable partner in our recruiting strategies.”
